Whitstable Self Catering and Welcome Homes act entirely as booking agents. Once the booking confirmation has been issued, the contract is between the holiday-maker and the owner of the holiday property.  

PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS:

1)  Week –end or daily bookings (minimum 2 nights): Full payment is required in advance.

2) Weekly Bookings (7 nights or more): 50% is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.

3) Last minute bookings: 100% payable in advance by credit card or debit card.

PAYMENT METHOD: By Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Debit Cards, or UK cheque.

A booking confirmation will be issued as soon as a deposit payment has been received.

CANCELLATION: A full refund will be given if a 3 month's notice is given, less £25 costs. If under 3 months, no refund is available unless the cottage can be re-let, less an administration charge. Non-payment of the balance by the due date will be treated as a cancellation and the owners may re-let the property.
