DURATION AND TIMES OF LETTING - Lettings normally commence at 3 pm on the first day of the tenancy and end at 10 am on the day of departure (high season weeks starts and ends Saturday unless otherwise sepcified).

NON AVAILABILITY OF PROPERTY - If for any reason beyond the owners control the property is not available on the date booked (owing to flood damage for example) or the property is unsuitable for holiday letting, all rent paid in advance will be refunded in full, with no further claim against the owners or agent.

The owners and agents do not accept liability for any act, neglect or default on the property, not for any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to the person or property which the tenants or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connect with the letting.

PETS – Allowed at the discretion of the owner.

SMOKING - Smoking is not allowed within the property.

BREACH OF CONTRACT - If there should be a breach of any of these conditions, the owner or nominee reserves the right to re-enter the property and terminate the tenancy or take legal action where applicable.
